Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Artisans Hall. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

  1. Returns
    a) Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund. Note that we only accept returns for items that are in their original unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

    b) Exclusions: Some items are not eligible for return, including products bought under sales or promotional campaigns, personalized or customized products and items marked as final sale.

  2. How to Initiate a Return
    a) Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at info@theartisanshall.com to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

    b) Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will refund the amount paid for the product itself excluding any delivery costs.

  3. Shipping Costs
    a) Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

    b) Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error.

  4. Refunds
    a) Processing Time: Once the requests is reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and financial institution.

    b) Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items
    a) If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you, including any applicable return shipping costs.

    b) Note that damaged items must be reported within the same day to be eligible for a replacement.

    c) Once reported, we will inform our courier of the damage to the item and arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. Please ensure the item is packed in the original box it was received in to avoid rejection of the replacement.

  6. Exchanges
    a) Product exchanges can only be done for products of equal or higher value than the originally purchased product.

    b) We must be notified for a product exchange request within a period of 24 hours after delivery.

    c) Note that we only accept exchanges for items that are in their original unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Once the product is received and reviewed by our team, we will confirm your eligibility for an exchange.

    d) You will be required to pay any additional costs such as shipping charges for both the return of the original product as well as the delivery of the new product.
